American Red Cross volunteers Lynn Stash and Marita Murphy recently presented “Pedro’s Safety Program” at Pittston Area’s Martin F. Quinn Primary Center. The program, created by the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Individual and Community Preparedness Division in partnership with the American Red Cross, is designed to teach young children about how to stay safe during emergencies.
