The sixth annual Paint Pittston Pink culminated Oct. 5 with the Color Me Pink 5K, the Gentlemen’s Dash, Hammer Out Cancer and a Mass at St. John the Evangelist. While a final total hasn’t been calculated, organizers said the effort raised more than its $100,000 goal for the year. Over its first five years, Paint Pittston Pink raised $330,000 for cancer research.
