Finally! It’s 2021! Whoo-hoo!

While this change on the calendar is very welcome, it also reminds us to set our self-improvement goals for the new year. Whether it’s to lose weight, quit smoking or change something else about yourself which will add quality to your life, now is the time to do it! But remember, in your quest, set attainable goals. For instance, if you want to lose weight, begin with a small goal such as losing five pounds. Five pounds is an attainable goal. And, when you lose those five pounds, it will keep you motivated to lose another five, and then another five until you reach your ultimate goal. As the adage goes, slow and steady wins the race.

Whatever you set out to achieve, I wish you the best of luck in attaining it. Happy New Year, my friends, and let’s make 2021 the best year yet!
