Great news! Healey Memorial Playground and Community Park are open again!
Prior to reopening the parks, the borough worked with Jan-Pro commercial cleaning to apply a six-month sanitation and protection spray on all contact surfaces in the parks for our safety.
To continue that course of safety, all park guests age 2 or older must wear a mask and practice social distancing per Gov. Tom Wolf’s directives. Guests also must wash their hands at one of the free-standing handwashing stations located at the park entrances before they enter the park.
If a handwashing station needs supplies, please contact the borough’s building and grounds department at 570-655-2829 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday to have them replenished.
