Ashley Dawn Knight and Andrew James Bell, together with their families, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Cindy Knight, of Knox. She is the granddaughter of Joye Knight, of Oil City, and the late Walter Knight, and the late Darwin and Freda Boocks, of Venus.
The prospective groom is the son of James and JoEllen Bell, of Kingston. He is the grandson of the late James and Ann Bell, of Glen Summit, and the late Joseph and Molly Devers, of West Pittston.
Ashley is a 2006 graduate of Keystone High School and received a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from the Penn State University in 2010. She also holds a master’s degree in human resources management from LaRoche University. She is employed as benefits manager by Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
Andrew is a 2008 graduate of Holy Redeemer High School. In 2012, he earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering, and in 2014 a master’s degree in structural engineering, both from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a licensed professional engineer and is employed as bridge analysis supervisor/senior bridge engineer for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in the Pittsburgh region.
The wedding will take place Nov. 23, 2019 in Pittsburgh.
