Karen Leigh Munoz and Eric Jeremy Marsico were married Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020, at the Woodlands Inn and Resort. The bride is the daughter of Patricia and stepdaughter of David Whipple, of Tunkhannock. She is also the daughter of David Munoz, of Kingston. The groom is the son of Angelo and the late Elizabeth Marsico and stepson of Charlene Marsico.
The bride was escorted by her father to an outdoor ceremony. Her attendants were Skylar Munoz, maid of honor, daughter of the bride; flower girls, Sonya Marsico, daughter of the bride and groom, and Michelle Sabin, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Chelsea Giberson, future sister-in-law of the bride, and Jenna Kukla, co-worker of the bride.
The groom’s best man was his son, Noah Marsico. Ring bearer was Sebastian Major, son of the bride. Michael Munoz, brother of the bride, was groomsman.
Brent Sabin, cousin of the bride, officiated the ceremony.
The bride works at Sundance Travel, Wilkes-Barre. She has worked there for 11 years and has been named Employee of the Year four years in a row.
The groom is self-employed and is the owner of Creative Interior Imagery, West Pittston.
Karen and Eric honeymooned in Las Vegas. They reside in Mountain Top with their four children, dog and cat.
